Chemical composition control:

Our engineer calculates the ratio of furnace burden by computer. The analyst checks the chemical composition of molten liquid iron by methods of rapid detection and normal detection to see whether the chemical composition of molten liquid iron is within prescribed standard scope. If not, the engineer will adjust the ratio of furnace burden until appropriate conditions are met.

Mechanical property control:

The annealed products and finished products are then tested in the Mechanical Property Testing Lab. The metallography, hardness, tensile strength, and elongation of material will be evaluated. Pull testing is done to make sure the beam clamp products meet customer required loading standards. 

Sand quality control:

In order to maintain good casting quality, the sand quality and composition are checked and controlled on a constant basis.
